Overview

These terms govern your use of apexlifesciencelabs.com and any purchase you make from Apex Life Science Labs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We are a research peptides company based in Canada. We sell research-grade décor pieces and ship within Canada.

Products

Our products are research-grade research peptides and gift items. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all pieces are reproductions — not genuine antiques. We are transparent about this and describe each item accurately on its product page.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish between units are normal for handcrafted or artisan-adjacent pieces and do not constitute a defect.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout. Tax is calculated based on your shipping address. For orders shipped within British Columbia, 12% combined GST and PST applies.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and carrier service levels. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. See our shipping policy page for full details.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and issue a full refund.

• Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible
• We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

Care and Use

Care instructions for individual products are listed on each product page. We recommend following these instructions to maintain the condition and appearance of your pieces. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or use outside of a research peptides context.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Apex Life Science Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on apexlifesciencelabs.com, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is owned by Apex Life Science Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site or placing a new order constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
