Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GH secretagogue and selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. It stimulates pulsatile GH release from the pituitary with high selectivity — notably without significantly elevating cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH, which distinguishes it from earlier-generation GH secretagogues.
